This website has no automatic data-collection forms. Personal data is processed only when it is shared voluntarily - typically over a phone call or email about scheduling a consultation, assessment or therapy.
This may include a parent or guardian’s name and contact details, and the child’s name, age and information about developmental, health or learning difficulties shared for the purpose of scheduling and providing assessment or therapy.
The website stores one technical entry in the browser (localStorage) confirming the cookie notice was seen, with no link to the visitor’s identity. See the separate Cookies policy for details.
Contact details and information about the child are processed to respond to enquiries, schedule appointments and provide assessment or therapy, under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps taken prior to and for the performance of a contract), and, for health-related information about the child, under Art. 9(2)(a) (explicit consent given when that information is shared).
Where contact does not lead to an appointment, data is processed under the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Data of families who become clients is kept for the duration of therapy and for the period required by law, including limitation periods for potential claims.
Data from enquiries that did not lead to an appointment is deleted shortly after correspondence ends, and no later than 12 months.
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Only technical service providers necessary to run the website (such as hosting) may access data, under data-processing agreements.
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area and is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and the right to data portability and to object to processing.
Consent to processing special-category data (such as health information about a child) can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
